NEWS FLASH: Brig. General Richard Karemire has been replaced by Brig. General Flavia Nalweyiso as Spokesperson of the Uganda Peoples' Defense Forces.
Gen. Nalweyiso is the serving who serves as an elected member of parliament representing the Uganda People's Defence Forces in the 10th Parliament and is the first female spokesperson of the defense forces.
Brigadier General Richard Karemire has been assigned to EAC Secretariat as Defence Liaison Officer.
