According to NIRA, introducing the appointment booking system will help do away with the crowds that flock the institutions head offices day in day out.
It's still yet to be established if someone who has not booked for an appointment can access the facility.
To access the online services, one has to;
✍ Visit www.nira.co.ug and choose to book an appointment
✍ Fill in the Contact Information with personal biodata
✍ Fill in the Appointment Details like NIRA services needed and branch. For now, it's only the Kololo Headquarters branch.
Besides being a great innovation during these COVID 19 times, this system is expected to help in solving the institution's poor rankings in service delivery and Customer Service.
